Your project team
A team of 'gurus' with the essential skill-sets is allocated to your project.
A project leader, who will control the project development and report to the client, heads up each project team. The client will be introduced to all members of the project team prior to work commencing.
Building your project
The next stage is the construction of the project. Our design, development, database and technical teams collaborate through the build process to ensure that the early visualization is not compromised.
As specific areas are developed on a modular basis, they are presented to the client for feedback and approval. Our clients are made to feel that they are always 'informed' regarding the build progress
Testing and quality assurance
During construction, and on completion of the project, we vigorously test all aspects of the project. A Software Test Plan (STP) provides the foundation for the testing procedure and provides an accurate account of any software modifications. In addition, the client will be granted access to the project, often through a web browser, to fully test the project.
